Butter-Free Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

One of our favorite sides is made healthy with our Solvang Olive Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Butter-Free Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lbs peeled russet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Solvang Olive Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, boil peeled potatoes about 20 minutes.
  2. Drain and place in a large bowl. Adding Solvang Olive Roasted Garlic Olive Oil and skim milk to the bowl.
  3. Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the ingredients until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Enjoy.
