Roasted Tapenade Crusted Salmon

Roasted Tapenade Crusted Salmon

  • 2 tbsp Solvang Olive Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ lb salmon fillet
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp Solvang Olive Country Spread
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. On a foil lined baking sheet place salmon skin side down
  3. Brush olive oil all over salmon and dress with garlic, paprika, and pepper
  4. Bake for 3-5 minutes
  5. Remove salmon from oven and distribute the Solvang Olive Country Spread all over the top of the salmon. Bake for another 8 minutes
  6. Switch to broil for color, brown for 3-4 minutes before removing salmon from the oven
  7. Enjoy!
