Strawberry Lemon Rice Krispies

  • 1⁄8 cup + 2 tbsp Solvang Olive Organic Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1⁄8 cup Solvang Olive Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 bag marshmallows
  • 8 cups Rice Krispie Cereal
  • 2 cup dried strawberries
  1. Grease a 9"-x-13" baking pan with olive oil.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, warm Tuscon and Lemon olive oil. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in Rice Krispie Cereal.
  4. Fold in dried strawberries.
  5. Pour into pan and smooth to comfortably fill pan.
  6. Let sit until cool, about 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
