Summer Berry Salad and our Non-alcoholic Fruit Mimosa

Now is the perfect time of the year to enjoy a fresh Summer Berry Salad with our Solvang Olive Raspberry Basil Vinegar. Summer Berry Salad and Non-alcoholic Fruit Mimosa

Ingredients
- For Summer Berry Salad
- 6 cups of Baby Spring Mix
- ½ cup of sliced purple onion
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries
- 1 cup of goat cheese
- ½ cup of salted candied walnuts
- 2 cup of Raspberry Basil Vinegar
- For Non-alcoholic Fruit Mimosa:
- ½ oz. of Solvang Olive Champagne Mimosa Vinegar
- 1 cup seltzer water
- 1 oz. of fruit juice or muddled berries of your choosing
Instructions
- For Summer Berry Salad
- In a large bowl combine raspberry vinegar with baby spring mix. Toss to coat.
- Add sliced strawberries, fresh raspberries, goat cheese, and walnuts to the salad mixture, tossing lightly so as to preserve integrity of the goat cheese.
- Enjoy!
- For Non-alcoholic Fruit Mimosa
- Mix Solvang Olive Champagne Mimosa Vinegar with seltzer water and fruit juice or muddled berries over ice. Recipe makes 1-2 servings.
